We strive to ensure a smooth and reliable shopping experience. If you need to return or exchange a product, please review the policy below.

1. Return Authorization

All returns must be approved before sending anything back.
Please contact us through our contact form to request return authorization. Once approved, we will provide instructions and, if applicable, a return label.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Product Condition

  • The item must be in new condition, with no signs of extended use.

  • Only minimal initial testing is permitted.

  • Items showing wear, damage, or modification cannot be returned.

Original Packaging

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, cables, and protective materials.

Serial Number Verification

  • The serial number on the product must match the one originally shipped.
    Returns cannot be accepted if the serial number does not match.

Change of Mind

  • Change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed and may be declined.

  • If a change-of-mind return is approved, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

3. Return Shipping Costs

We follow EU consumer protection standards:

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

If your product is defective, malfunctioning, or incorrect, we will:

  • Cover all return shipping costs.

  • Provide a prepaid return label.

  • Replace the item or issue a refund once inspected.

Change-of-mind returns (if approved)

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • If we provide a return label for convenience, we will deduct the label cost from your refund.

4. Exchanges

If your product is defective or malfunctioning, we will exchange it for a new one.
Contact us to arrange the exchange. A replacement will be shipped once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Processing typically occurs within 7 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued within 30 days of processing.

  • Refunds are always sent to the original payment method.

Shipping costs paid at checkout (if any) are non-refundable unless the product was defective or shipped incorrectly.
