Return Policy

We always strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers. However, we do require that certain conditions are met for us to accept returns.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your product, you may be eligible to return or exchange it, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Return Authorization Required: All returns must be approved by us beforehand. Please contact us through our contact form to request return authorization and a return label.

  • Condition of the Product: The product must be in new condition, unused beyond initial testing. Products that show signs of extended use cannot be returned.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original box, including all accessories and packaging materials.

  • Serial Number Match: The serial number on the product must match the one originally shipped. We cannot accept returns if this does not match.

  • Change of Mind: Returns based solely on a change of mind may not be accepted.

Exchange

If your product is defective or malfunctioning, we will exchange it for a new one. Contact us to arrange the exchange, and once the product is received and inspected, a replacement will be sent out.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, we aim to process it within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of processing, using the original payment method.
