If you are not satisfied with the received products, you can exchange it in one of the following ways:
Exchange
Contact us via our contact form, request a return label, and send back the item by mail. You can exchange the product for another one, or in case the exchange is due to a malfunction, it will be exchanged for a new product which will then be sent back to you.
Return
If the product did not meet your expectations, you can return it and get a refund. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product and inform us that you wish to return it. Then, send it back to us at the following address:

Our goal is to process the return within 7 working days from when it is received at our warehouse. The amount will be refunded to you within 30 days from when the return has been processed.
