NovaStar Technology has expanded its expertise in display technology by launching TB Silicon, a subsidiary dedicated to innovative LED driver IC solutions. TB Silicon specializes in next-generation Mini-LED and Micro-LED display technologies, delivering high-performance, energy-efficient solutions tailored for commercial and consumer-grade markets.
With two major R&D centers in Xi'an and Shanghai, TB Silicon has accumulated over 60 patents and boasts a team of 150+ professionals with backgrounds in leading tech companies like Intel and Allwinner.
Innovative Driver IC Technology
TB Silicon’s driver IC solutions utilize hybrid PWM+PAM drive architecture, combined with a self-developed MG algorithm. This enables:

4. TBS5367 (Common-Cathode)
- Application: High-end indoor installations, XR/VP studio shooting
- 48 output channels with scan-sharing architecture
